We began looking for a  condominium three months ago.  We met some unsavory, dubious characters with business cards.  Then we met Shelley at an open house. On a hunch, we sought her help to find a good property. Our criteria made for hard work. 

Shelley patiently searched new listings. We made offers on more than one but failed.  Shelley diligently studied the minutes and bylaws and budgets of each strata and gave us important advice. In a rather hot but changing market, Shelley did not push us to raise our offer price much beyond the asking price. 

Finally she found the perfect home for us and we purchased it. There were multiple offers and one offer was $25,000 higher than our price. With her guidance, our offer was accepted and the higher offer rejected.
