Having owned, operated and sold a dual-location retail chain along with previous experience in investment and income generating properties, I strategize on my clients goals with patience, professionalism and ultimate success.
Having assisted countless happy clients on the North Shore and in Greater Vancouver, I am grateful and proud to call the East of Seymour and Deep Cove area my home. I adore this local community and love sharing my passions for great food and travel with my husband and son.

Shelley's love of real estate began at the young age of 19 when she purchased her first rental property. Over the course of the next 20+ years she renovated, tenanted and purchased several more investment properties. She has first hand experience in nearly every kind of real estate from bare land to vacation rentals to commercial properties and everything in between. She understands the delicacy of home purchasing and the thoughtfulness required for these high level transactions. Shelley is known for her professionalism, ability to connect with clients and incredible work ethic. She recognizes the value for money equation and strives for exceptional customer service.
